The PG Department of English conducted the “Macte Gloria”, an induction to UG studenta into the world of Literature today at 10.30 AM at NUHRO Language Lab. Dr.Raju Vallikunnam, acclaimed literary critic, poet, translator and editor delivered a talk on “Postcolonial Contours in a Globalised World” and formally inaugurated the literary activities of the department for the year 2018-19.
The department also congratulated Miss. Sonia Sherly Kurian for bringing laurels by bagging the IInd Rank in B.A English 2018, M.G.University.
Principal-Dr.Mathew P.Joseph and Bursar-Dr.Philipose Omman delivered felicitations to the newcomers and congratulated Miss.Sonia as well.
